Programmatic, AI-driven SEO for sibe.io generates 1000 new signups per month

Status Quo and Challenge

After seeing some initial success and increase in signups when bidding on terms like “3d viewer”, we realised that the costs will increase disproportionately when trying to scale this channel.

  • Status Quo:

    • No SEO done on website so far

    • Some blog posts published but little to no organic traffic

  • Goal:

    • Substitue paid acquisition by growing SEO traffic for effective paid keywords.

    • Scale lead acquisition cheaply, by implementing programmatic SEO process

Solution and Results

To efficiently create dozens of pages, we first designed a landing page template. The content was created programmatically with an AI prompt template, that only needed to insert the various 3D filetype endings in order to produce articles.

Then and expert checked the content for accuracy

Results:

  • Rankings achieved with minimal link building,  only one week after publishing first pages

  • ca. 400 organic signups per month after the first month

  • Consistently growing traffic after launch, generating ca. 900 signups per month

Traffic quickly took off. After a small dip, it kept increasing steadily for several months.

Since the intent for each page was a very simple and specific use case (e.g. “open stp file”, “how to view stp file”), the conversion rate was strong. Engagement with the page also showed Google quality and helped rankings

AI summaries are typically triggered by informational queries (e.g. “How to do X?”), but not by use case queries (e.g. “open file”). Optimising for both helped capture additional visibility.

Structuring the pages in three simple parts, helped us create a Webflow CMS section and easily create dozens of interlinked pages

Some selective building to support rankings, since DA was still almost zero.
