Column dictionary
- Item No.: Sequential number for easy reference.
- Parent Assembly: The assembly this part belongs to (leave blank if top-level).
- Part Number: Unique identifier for the part.
- Part Name / Description: Clear description of the part or component.
- Revision: Revision level of the part design (A, B, C...).
- Quantity: Number of units required for the parent assembly.
- Unit of Measure: Measurement unit (pcs, m, kg, etc.).
- Reference Designator: Applicable for electronics (e.g., R1, C2); leave blank otherwise.
- Material: Primary material of the part (e.g., Aluminum 6061, ABS).
- Weight (kg): Weight per unit in kilograms.
- Supplier: Preferred supplier for the part.
- Supplier Part Number: Supplier’s part number for ordering.
- Lifecycle Status: Design status (Active, Obsolete, Prototype, etc.).
- Notes: Additional remarks, instructions, or quality details.
